Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received:
21 or more days prior to an event - Full refund
14 to 20 days (incl) prior to an event - 75% refund
7 to 13 days of an event - 50% refund
Within 7 days of an event or 'no shows' - No refund

Please note, all fees should be paid in full in advance of an event, however, the above cancellation policy will still be enforced for outstanding fees at the time of cancellation.
